Job Description :-

Senior Platform Engineer with extensive experience in Azure cloud infrastructure, IIS administration, CI/CD automation, production support, and platform operations. Skilled in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, PowerShell, APIM, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and enterprise application hosting. Proven expertise in managing cloud resources, identities, virtual machines, monitoring platforms, and deployment automation while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise applications across Azure and IIS platforms.
• Administer Azure services including APIM, App Services, SQL Managed Instance, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Virtual Machines, and Networking.
• Manage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) identities, access controls, service principals, managed identities, and RBAC permissions.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible for application deployments and configuration management.
• Automate operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Monitor platform and application health using New Relic, Foglight, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
• Analyze logs, diagnose production issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Lead deployments, platform upgrades, capacity planning, and environment management across Dev, UAT, and Production.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, authentication, networking, and performance-related issues.
• Support incident, change, and release management processes with defined rollback and recovery strategies.
• Implement security, compliance, and access management controls across environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
