"Must-Have Skills:

Good years of overall software engineering experience.
Good years of hands-on Java development in enterprise environments.
Good years of experience with Spring Boot.
Good years of experience with React.
Good years of experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Strong experience designing scalable and high-performance applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Risk Analytics, or trade lifecycle systems.
Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
Experience working in fast-paced, regulated environments.
Exposure to AI-assisted or AI-driven software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions in an Agile environment.
Build scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.
Develop solutions supporting portfolio management and order and trade lifecycle processing.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and infrastructure-as-code.
Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with portfolio managers, quantitative analysts, product teams, and technology stakeholders.
Apply coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and provide technical mentorship.
Support AI-driven software development and engineering improvements."

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
