Key responsibilities

• Develop and refactor maintainable Java applications using clean-code principles and design patterns.
• Build comprehensive unit tests with JUnit and Mockito, applying TDD to reduce regressions.
• Lead code-quality practices through reviews, pair programming, coding standards, and technical-debt reduction.
• Apply advanced core Java concepts including collections, concurrency, generics, streams, exception handling, and JVM memory management.
• Integrate automated testing, SonarQube, JaCoCo, and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work collaboratively across Agile, cross-functional teams.

Core skills

• Senior-level hands-on Java development experience across the application development lifecycle.
• Java, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• JUnit, Mockito, TDD, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Maven/Gradle, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation capabilities.
