Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, minimizing system downtime.
- Support and manage Stone branch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications.
- Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python.
- Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents.
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
Required Skills & Experience
- Unix/Linux Administration: System management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Windows Server: Administration and support.
- Workflow Orchestration: Stone branch platform expertise.
- Container Platforms: OpenShift deployment and management.
- Mainframe Systems: JCL (Job Control Language) knowledge and mainframe operations.
- Database Management: SQL proficiency for querying and data management.
- Scripting: Shell scripting and Python development for automation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Understanding of IT risk frameworks and compliance requirements.
