Project / Program Manager
Required Experience
- Project or Program Management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience delivering cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
- Experience working with AWS environments (Amazon Connect preferred).
- Experience with contact center technologies and platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with large system integrators and global delivery partners.
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and dependency management.
- Oversee AWS-based solution delivery, including Amazon Connect implementations where applicable.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and large stakeholder groups.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Support Agile and Hybrid project delivery practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience within large financial institutions.
- Exposure to contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys.
- Experience managing programs involving 50–100+ stakeholders.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
