Project / Program Manager

Required Experience

Project or Program Management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
Strong experience delivering cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
Experience working with AWS environments (Amazon Connect preferred).
Experience with contact center technologies and platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with large system integrators and global delivery partners.
Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful program outcomes.
Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and dependency management.
Oversee AWS-based solution delivery, including Amazon Connect implementations where applicable.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and large stakeholder groups.
Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Support Agile and Hybrid project delivery practices.

Nice to Have

Experience within large financial institutions.
Exposure to contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys.
Experience managing programs involving 50–100+ stakeholders.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
