Sr. Software Engineer – Contact Centre Innovation & GenAI

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer with software development experience. The role will focus on driving innovation, implementing cloud capabilities, and building GenAI solutions for global contact center environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and rollout of foundational cloud capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps processes.
- Create and maintain technical design artifacts describing application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
- Contribute to and adopt global reusable software engineering best practices.
- Drive innovation in software delivery.
- Implement GenAI solutions.
- Build large-scale and complex software systems using Python and AWS.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
