Job Description:

• Strong experience in Test Data Management within regulated industries (Insurance, Banking, Financial Services preferred).

• Data masking and anonymization

• Data extraction, sub setting, and refresh

• Synthetic test data generation

• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance controls.

• Proficiency with RDBMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

• Experience supporting multiple testing types: Functional, Automation, Performance, and System Validation.

• Ability to work independently in an on shore capacity and engage directly with stakeholders.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze test data requirements across multiple projects and Lines of Business (LOBs).

• Design and implement test data strategies including data sub setting, masking/anonymization, synthetic data generation, and refresh cycles.

• Provision and manage test data across lower environments (DEV, QA, UAT, Performance, etc.).

• Ensure PII and sensitive data protection through compliant masking and anonymization techniques.

• Support database promotions and environment synchronization, including cloud and containerized (e.g., Kubernetes) environments where applicable.

• Collaborate with QA, Automation, Performance Testing, Development, and Environment teams to ensure data availability and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot data-related issues impacting test execution and environment stability.

• Maintain TDM documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.

• Participate in estimation, planning, and capacity discussions for TDM support.

• Ensure adherence to Canada Life data compliance, privacy, and audit requirements at all times.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per annum
