UI/UX Designer
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) preferred.
Qualifications
- UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and developers.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user analysis.
- Create user personas, journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility and usability standards.
- Continuously improve user experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI standards, and design best practices.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
