Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Product Designer to lead the design of innovative digital products and AI-enabled user experiences. In this role, you will drive end-to-end product design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance design workflows and customer experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise, business acumen, and a passion for creating user-centered solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery and ideation through delivery, validation, and launch.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to accelerate design workflows, research synthesis, prototyping, and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective product solutions.
• Define user experience strategies, identify product opportunities, and align design outcomes with organizational objectives.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed design specifications.
• Advocate for user-centered design while balancing technical feasibility, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions and improve experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and seamless user experiences.
• Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Mentor junior designers through coaching, design critiques, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends, AI innovations, accessibility standards, and best practices in product design.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
