We are currently looking for candidates that have air conditioning, ventilation and building services experience and knowledge in commercial and industrial environments.
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following qualifications and requirements:

- City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or above
- City and Guilds F-GAS 2079 Category 1
- CSCS ACRIB refrigerant handler card (Not essential)
- Full UK driving license
- Hand tools
- Strong at fault finding and problem solving
- Good customer service skills
- Experience in commercial and industrial systems (preferred)
- Flexible to work between Brighton, Honiton, and London depending on home location
- Must pass a drugs and alcohol screening and DBS check
- Salary is dependent on the applicant and experience, paying up to £35k plus overtime
- Van and fuel card
- Smart phone for calls/emails and our electronic job management system
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Specialist tools as required

Responsibilities
The engineer will be responsible for maintaining air conditioning, ventilation, and building services within commercial and industrial environments. This includes performing fault finding and problem solving to ensure system efficiency.
Requirements
Applicants must hold City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or above and F-GAS 2079 Category 1 certification. A full UK driving license and the ability to pass drug, alcohol, and DBS screenings are required.
