- Adapt global store design principles to suit local Canadian requirements.
- Provide on-the-ground design expertise to Store Development and Construction teams throughout feasibility, design, and construction.
- Review and approve architectural and design drawings before permit submission to minimise construction risks, delays, and additional costs.
- Create tailored design solutions where standard store formats are unsuitable.
- Serve as the lead design specialist for Canada, applying local knowledge and industry best practices.
- Maintain and improve Canadian design standards and technical documentation to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Support business growth by reducing reliance on remote design teams and ensuring design knowledge is readily available locally.
- Lead the end-to-end design of new stores, refits, and relocations across Canada.
- Develop store layouts that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support clinical services.
- Ensure designs meet the company's brand standards while accounting for Canadian market conditions, building requirements, and trading environments
- Work closely with Store Development, Operations, Clinical teams, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
