- Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and project execution plans for assigned program areas
- Investigate Unauthorized Activities, contribute to incident reviews, prepare regulatory reports, and track corrective actions to closure
- Partner with Regulatory, Integrity Engineering, Operations, GIS, and external stakeholders, and help facilitate working sessions and program reviews
- Evaluate new technologies, analytics, and assessment methods, and support their implementation to improve program effectiveness
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- 2 to 6 years of engineering or equivalent experience
- Other combinations of education and work experience may be considered

- Experience or exposure to pipeline damage prevention, ground disturbance and crossings, pipeline integrity, or related engineering programs
- Familiarity with Canadian (CSA Z662, CER) and U.S. (PHMSA, state 811) damage prevention requirements
- Experience applying risk-based assessment methods and working with GIS, LiDAR, survey, and patrol data to identify threats and help prioritize work
- Project or program support experience, including budget tracking, scope development, execution planning, and contributing to procedures and standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including building positive relationships with internal teams and external partners, and explaining technical information clearly to a range of audiences
