We are looking for a Thermwood CNC Operator for the new afternoon shift in our Paris location.

Monday to Thursday | 3:15 p.m. – 1:15 a.m. | 4-Day Workweek

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth

The salary range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

• Set up and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment
• Read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Work with wood and wood-based substrates used in CNC machining
• Operate woodworking equipment such as panel saws, edge banders and dowel machines
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues
• Perform regular daily maintenance on equipment
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Identify hazards and follow established workplace safety procedures
  
  

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC operating experience
• Experience working with wood and wood substrates
• Solid experience operating a panel saw, edge bander and dowel machine
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
• A strong focus on safe working practices
