About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across the Canadian market for a leading construction technology company.

In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with Canadian Sales leadership to develop and execute impactful field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence within the Canadian construction industry.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of the Canadian construction ecosystem, including contractors, owners, industry associations, trade organizations, and strategic partners. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver engaging events, targeted campaigns, and regional marketing experiences that generate measurable business results.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting sales, marketing, customers, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the Canadian field marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with regional sales priorities, target accounts, pipeline objectives, and market opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver integrated regional marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, expand market penetration, and strengthen relationships within the Canadian construction industry.
  • Create targeted, account-specific marketing programs that support strategic opportunities and priority customers.

Sales Partnership & Pipeline Generation

  • Serve as a trusted marketing partner to Canadian Sales leadership, collaborating to identify regional priorities and develop actionable marketing strategies.
  • Partner with sales teams to design programs that engage key decision-makers, strengthen customer relationships, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Align marketing investments with business objectives and evaluate program effectiveness through measurable pipeline and customer engagement outcomes.

Events & Regional Programs

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact field marketing events and experiences across Canada.
  • Organize executive dinners, customer appreciation events, roadshows, industry conferences, hospitality programs, and strategic networking opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at relevant Canadian construction industry events, conferences, association meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and positive attendee experiences.

Industry Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Canadian contractors, owners, construction industry leaders, associations, trade organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal Industry Partnerships teams to identify, develop, and activate relationships with influential Canadian construction organizations.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to create relevant, engaging marketing initiatives that resonate with Canadian audiences.
  • Strengthen the company's visibility and credibility throughout the Canadian construction community.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Management

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Industry Partnerships, and other internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated regional initiatives.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, deadlines, and business priorities.
  • Track program performance, assess results, and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, integrated marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian construction industry, including its key players, market dynamics, industry associations, and business relationships.
  • Experience working with contractors, construction owners, trade organizations, industry associations, or construction technology partners.
  • Proven success developing and executing regional marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement programs that contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and translate commercial priorities into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple events, campaigns, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently manage regional initiatives.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid capacity in Toronto, with flexibility to attend industry events and regional engagements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous field marketing experience within construction technology, construction software, SaaS, or related B2B technology industries.
  • Established relationships within the Canadian construction ecosystem.
  • Experience partnering with construction industry associations and trade organizations.
  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM), sales enablement, or pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Experience developing executive-level events, customer programs, and strategic industry partnerships.
  • Familiarity with measuring marketing performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

The ideal candidate is more than an experienced event marketer. They are a strategic, commercially minded professional who understands how to build relationships and create meaningful business opportunities within the Canadian construction market.
