We provide critical infrastructure services that support and/or control the trading, investment and corporate banking functions of TD Securities. Within our core values, we champion a culture of diversity, inclusion and community support/giving.

Department Overview:

Our team believes the Bank of the future will be driven by customer centricity. By understanding and meeting the needs of our customers, TD Securities will set itself apart as the Bank that truly "thinks customer". The Client Enablement team is responsible for managing, analyzing, and updating client, credit, and settlement data across TD Securities trading and credit risk systems. We are a global team that embraces and leverages data in a transformation manner while raising standards in data management through technology, governance, and processes that deliver sustainable results. Achieve an exceptional standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate risk to TD (e.g., reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk)
Respond and resolve stakeholder concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities, as necessary.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and Sales and Trading to review trade settlements, client reporting, and compliance activities and challenges. Act as a first line of support for the team with Audit and Risk Review activities.
Play a key role in identifying and resolving operational risks through careful data analysis and proactive troubleshooting.
Continuously identify and implement improvements in existing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the operations function.
Act as a collaborative resource for testing, verification, and implementation of system updates and enhancements to ensure alignment with the Bank’s operational strategy.
Undertake project tasks as required and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness.
