Join TD SYNNEX, a global leader in IT distribution and solutions, and build your sales career at the center of the technology channel. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive new and existing business with resellers and partners through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, and exceptional customer service. You’ll qualify leads, nurture relationships, guide new customers through the reseller onboarding process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outbound prospecting, and is motivated by achieving results. What you’ll do

Manage, grow, and develop a defined portfolio of reseller and partner accounts.
Conduct outbound prospecting (including cold and warm calls) to generate qualified opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed daily activity goals and sales targets (calls, talk time, orders, revenue, gross profit).
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to customers.
Recommend products, solutions, and service programs aligned to each customer’s business needs.
Provide pricing, availability, ETA, and shipping updates; set clear expectations and follow through.
Accurately process orders and maintain backorder status, substitutions, and combinations as needed.
Guide new customers through the reseller application and onboarding process.
Maintain complete and current customer profiles and pipeline data in CRM.
Initiate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate with customer service where applicable.
Partner with Business Development Representatives and field sellers to expand accounts and close opportunities.
Participate in TD SYNNEX training programs and attend partner/industry events; occasional extended hours or weekend commitments may be required.

What you’ll bring

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education an asset, plus at least 6 months of inside sales experience or two years of industry-related experience.
Bilingual in French is an asset.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), active listening, and a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to meet activity and revenue goals in a high-energy, call-driven environment.
Detail orientation with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Sales acumen with consultative, solution-oriented approach; comfortable with cold calling and lead qualification.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Collaborative, innovative, and self-motivated; builds positive cross-functional relationships.
Flexibility to support occasional extended hours and weekend events when needed.

Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

This salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 CAD

Vos responsabilités

Gérer, développer et faire croître un portefeuille défini de comptes de revendeurs et de partenaires.
Effectuer de la prospection sortante (y compris des appels à froid et tièdes) afin de générer des occasions qualifiées.
Atteindre ou dépasser de façon constante les objectifs quotidiens d’activité et de ventes (appels, temps de conversation, commandes, revenus, marge brute).
Répondre aux demandes entrantes et fournir des renseignements exacts et en temps opportun aux clients.
Recommander des produits, des solutions et des programmes de services adaptés aux besoins d’affaires de chaque client.
Fournir les prix, la disponibilité, les délais (ETA) et les mises à jour d’expédition; établir des attentes claires et assurer le suivi.
Traiter les commandes avec exactitude et gérer les reliquats, substitutions et combinaisons au besoin.
Guider les nouveaux clients à travers la demande de revendeur et le processus d’intégration.
Tenir à jour dans le CRM des profils clients complets et des données de pipeline actuelles.
Initier des autorisations de retour de marchandise (RMA) et coordonner avec le service à la clientèle, au besoin.
Collaborer avec les Représentant(e)s au développement des affaires et les vendeurs/vendeuses terrain pour développer les comptes et conclure des occasions.
Participer aux programmes de formation de TD SYNNEX et assister à des événements partenaires/sectoriels; des heures prolongées ou des engagements de fin de semaine peuvent occasionnellement être requis.

Ce que vous apporterez

Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) exigé; études postsecondaires, un atout, ainsi qu’au moins 6 mois d’expérience en ventes internes ou deux années d’expérience pertinente dans l’industrie.
Le bilinguisme (français-anglais) est un atout.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication (écrite et orale), écoute active et forte orientation client.
Capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs d’activité et de revenus dans un environnement dynamique axé sur les appels.
Souci du détail et solides compétences organisationnelles; capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et échéances simultanément.
