In this role, you will build and grow your own client portfolio through proactive business development while delivering holistic financial planning advice. Get to know clients - what matters to them, what they want for their future - and guide them every step of the way.
Proactively acquire new clients and bring in assets through a mix of strategic outreach and consistent community presence
Leverage a variety of prospecting methods - including cold calling, attending and hosting events, creative networking tactics, and local community engagement
Use data and tech tools to dig deep, analyze results, and give smart advice that makes a difference.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree is a plus
3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a client‑facing sales role preferred

Demonstrated ability to build relationships, grow a client base, and deliver investment advice

Licensing & Regulatory Requirements

Successful completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) required prior to your start date

Ready to get licensed as a Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) if you aren’t already
Commitment to earn your Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in your first three years
CFP eligibility as per FP Canada requirements: Hold a university degree OR have up to 10 years relevant experience OR 5+ years as a QAFP pro in good standing
