At TD Insurance (TDI), our Change Management Practice serves as the adoption engine behind transformation, helping strategic investments deliver lasting business outcomes through sustained colleague adoption and behaviour change.
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead complex enterprise, regulatory, and pan-TDI transformation initiatives while partnering with executives, business leaders, and project teams across TDI to drive adoption and realize sustained benefits. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end change management for complex, regulatory, and pan-TDI / enterprise-driven change initiatives.
- Partner with executives, sponsors, and senior leaders to assess change impacts, manage risk, and accelerate adoption.
- Develop integrated change strategies that enable business readiness, adoption, and benefits realization.
- Champion innovative approaches, tools, and practices that advance change management within TD Insurance and across TD, leveraging emerging technologies and modern ways of working (including AI/Copilot).
- Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex information into practical insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Influence and align diverse stakeholder groups to build commitment, manage resistance, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate and co-create across business, technology, operations, risk, and project teams to deliver a positive colleague and customer experience.
- Socialize and communicate difficult concepts, converting information into simple and compelling business context and advice.
- Use data, colleague insights, and adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Support the evolution of a high-performing change management practice through thought leadership, knowledge sharing and the continuous advancement of change management practices.
Job Requirements:
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex business transformation initiatives, including experience serving as the primary change management lead for strategic, enterprise, regulatory, or large-scale programs impacting multiple business areas.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic, enterprise, regulatory, digital, or transformational change initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies and the ability to adapt approaches to unique business contexts.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and executive advisory skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, compelling communication and trusted relationships.
- Accountable for defining, measuring and advising on change adoption outcomes, using data and insights to influence business decisions and maximize benefits realization.
- High motivation and resiliency, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with the ability to achieve results across teams and functions.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot, and experience leveraging technology to improve productivity and outcomes.
