About This Role

We are seeking an individual to support TD Wealth Advice businesses in adopting Salesforce as a CRM. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and functionality, with a solid understanding of the requirements needed to deliver excellent client experiences in the HNW and Mass Affluent segments. This position will enhance your knowledge, expertise, and provide insight into our business operations alongside a team of skilled non-client facing support professionals. Effective work is driven by strong performance both individually and as part of a team. The role requires managing multiple priorities, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and thriving in a fast-paced environment spanning various business areas.

Job Description

The Salesforce Ambassador's mandate is to support Advisor adoption and use of Salesforce as a go-to subject matter expert. Daily tasks are highly varied and may require the following actions:

Respond to Salesforce inquiries from Advisors and their teams regarding "how to" questions as the subject matter expert within appropriate and pre-defined SLA's. This includes monitoring a central inbox for email support.
Collaborate with Partners to define business requirements for solutions that align with Advisor needs and the business value proposition.
Test applications and data, occasionally outside regular business hours.
Serve as a business conduit to the Journey & Platform team to articulate business and technology enhancements.
Contribute to project plans, estimations, and status updates.
Identify opportunities, develop and maintain processes and materials to address and resolve them, and communicate/alert stakeholders as necessary.
Maintain and build reporting dashboards within Salesforce for executive-level oversight and sales coaching dialogue.
Develop job aids and support tools, with overall ownership of digital resource centers.

Typical role time allocations are as follows:

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Wealth Advice Businesses to formulate effective and practical requirements and solutions
Business management skills to manage multiple priorities, utilizing disciplined and organized approaches, tools, and resources to support successful outcomes
Capability and readiness to address and resolve complex issues, provide guidance, advice, and support to Advisors, partners, and project teams, often while managing multiple initiatives
Commitment to the quality of deliverables with a strong sense of ownership
Essential skills in stakeholder management and organizational awareness
A strong desire to learn continuously and challenge your thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Prioritize a client-first approach in all activities
Fluency in French is an asset
