- Support API changes, modernization and migration initiatives, interface changes, and application decommissioning activities.
Partner & Vendor Integration
- Lead functional and systems analysis for partner/vendor-facing applications and integrations.
- Document end-to-end workflows between TD systems and external partners, including interface specifications, data exchanges, authentication/SSO dependencies, exception scenarios, and operational processes.
- Coordinate requirements and technical clarifications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain consumer guides, system flows, interface documentation, support documentation, and operational knowledge.
Agile Delivery & Leadership
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering leads during PI and sprint planning.
- Break complex initiatives into well-defined features, stories, acceptance criteria, and integration scenarios.
- Support backlog refinement, dependency identification, estimation, and prioritization.
- Provide BSA leadership throughout design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production validation.
- Partner with QE teams to ensure adequate coverage of business workflows, interfaces, negative scenarios, and end-to-end integration paths.
