Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative executive to lead an integrated transformation mandate across Risk Management. As Vice President, Risk Management Transformation, you will bring together business architecture, portfolio governance, program delivery and change leadership to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Risk Management Transformation and Enablement, you will work across Risk pillars and enterprise partners to simplify how we operate, strengthen execution and help teams adopt sustainable new capabilities. This is an opportunity to influence at scale in a highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment.

Key Accountabilities

Set the capability strategy and business architecture needed to advance Risk priorities and enterprise outcomes.
Lead operating model design, including roles, decision rights, accountabilities and cross-functional ways of working.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplication and improve consistency across Risk.
Translate business strategy into practical roadmaps, including the technology, data and implementation considerations required for delivery.
Lead portfolio planning and prioritization for complex, Risk-wide initiatives, balancing strategic value, capacity, dependencies and risk.
Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost transparency and benefits tracking across the portfolio.
Establish governance and reporting that give senior leaders clear visibility into progress, outcomes, risks, issues and decisions.
Guide the planning, sequencing and execution of complex programs with enterprise-wide dependencies.
Anticipate and manage delivery risks, resolve obstacles and bring forward timely recommendations and trade-offs.
Lead change strategies that build stakeholder alignment, colleague readiness, adoption and long-term sustainment.
Build strong partnerships across Risk, Technology, Finance, Communications, Change and other shared-service teams.
Lead with empathy and transparency, creating an environment where colleagues feel heard, supported and confident navigating change.
Develop an inclusive, high-performing environment where different perspectives are valued and teams are empowered to deliver.

Enterprise partners across Technology, Finance, Communications, Change Management and shared services.
Senior executives, governance forums and program sponsors responsible for strategic prioritization and decision-making.
Business and functional partners contributing to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

Significant leadership experience in one or more of the following areas: business architecture, enterprise transformation, portfolio or program delivery, change leadership or risk management.
Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives and operating model change in a matrixed organization.
A track record of translating strategy into clear priorities, practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Strong judgment and the ability to influence, challenge constructively and build alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Experience with portfolio governance, financial planning, forecasting, cost oversight or benefits tracking.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and regulatory or operational pressure while maintaining momentum.
Inclusive leadership skills and a commitment to creating an environment where people with different backgrounds and perspectives can contribute and succeed.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and executive presence, with the ability to listen with curiosity, build trust, navigate sensitive conversations and bring diverse stakeholders together through complex change.
A post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Advanced education or professional credentials may be an asset but are not required.
