Job Description:

TD Asset Management (TDAM), a member of TD Bank Financial Group, is a leading North American investment manager offering progressive investment solutions to both institutional and individual investors. For over two decades, the organization has established competitive market positions in active, quantitative, and passive portfolio management. As of June 30 2026,, TDAM and its affiliates manage over $571 billion in assets on behalf of pension, insurance, endowment/foundation, and corporate clients, as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds.

In attaining this client commitment, TDAM has built one of Canada’s largest and most respected investment management and research teams with more than 220 Portfolio Managers, Associate Portfolio Managers, Traders and Analysts.

The Wealth Operations Analyst I is responsible for supporting investment operations and reporting activities across TD Asset Management. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Relationship Managers, and external service providers, the successful candidate will help ensure operational accuracy, timely reporting, effective risk management, and a high level of service to internal stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in developing a career within investment operations and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Produce, review, and sign off on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting for TDAM and TD Epoch funds and accounts.
Support portfolio administration activities, including investigations, cash forecasting, fund flow oversight, and resolving operational issues and discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Assist in the administration of ETFs, income and capital distributions, DRIPs, class actions, and other fund-related operational processes.
Provide reporting, operational support, and timely communication to Portfolio Managers, Traders, and other business partners.
Participate in audits, risk management activities, process improvement initiatives, and maintenance of operational procedures and controls.
Manage shared team inboxes, prioritize workflow effectively, and collaborate across Investment Operations teams to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.
Contribute to a positive team environment by providing cross-functional support, knowledge sharing, and operational backup when required

Experience & Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Investment Operations, Asset Management Operations, Wealth Operations, Fund Accounting, or a related financial services environment.
Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio operations, fund accounting, or securities processing.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze, reconcile, and manipulate large datasets.
Experience using Python and VBA to automate reporting, improve processes, or support data analysis is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Power Query, SQL, or other reporting and automation tools is considered an asset.
CFA designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset.
