Project Analyst

TDOT IT Solutions

Bolton, ON (On-site) • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM • Reports to: Project Coordinator •

$50,000–$60,000/year - Contract, based on experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Analyst to support our project management team with tracking, reporting,and coordination across active client engagements. This role is open to both experienced candidates and new grads looking to build a career in project management. Reporting to the Project Coordinator, you'll work firsthand with project managers, service coordinators, and clients to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Responsibilities

● Coordinate IT field service projects end to end, from scheduling technicians and vendors to

tracking deliverables through completion

● Track project timelines, budgets, and tickets across multiple concurrent client engagements using tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Excel

● Build and maintain reporting dashboards and status decks for internal and client-facing project

reviews

● Coordinate with field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to gather status updates and resolve data or scheduling gaps

● Support project managers with documentation, scope tracking, change orders, and risk tracking

● Monitor open tickets and service requests tied to active projects, escalating issues that put

timelines or SLAs at risk

● Identify process improvements in project tracking, ticketing, and reporting workflows

● Occasionally assist other departments (such as Service) depending on workload

Qualifications

● 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related field - new

graduates are encouraged to apply

● A degree or diploma in business, project management, engineering, or a related field (or

equivalent experience)

● Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with PM platforms such as Smartsheet or Monday.com

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities● A proactive learner who's comfortable picking up new tools and processes
