Original job description

About Teads

Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform building the future of digital advertising where quality content, trusted publishers, ambitious brands, and human creativity can thrive. Operating at true scale - processing 18 billion ad opportunities every single day - we connect global brands with a monthly reach of over 2.2 billion unique users.

At Teads, we believe your impact travels further. We are a borderless team of 1,700+ innovators across 30+ countries who favor outcome over tenure, value trusted autonomy, and use predictive AI to amplify human ingenuity rather than replace it. We move at pace, tackle genuinely complex problems, and foster a high-accountability culture that stays genuinely human. If you are looking for room to build and meaningful scope, you belong here. Learn more at www.teads.com.

About The Opportunity

Teads is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to help drive our creative offering across agencies and clients in Canada. The role will primarily support Tier 2 and Tier 3 client briefs, partnering closely with Sales, Strategy, Studio, and Campaign Operations to develop creative solutions that align with client objectives and help drive business outcomes.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful client and commercial responsibility from the outset. You’ll work alongside strategists and commercial leads across Canada and the US, building client relationships, developing creative recommendations, supporting pitches, and helping demonstrate the impact strong creative can have on campaign performance.

What will you do?

Advise clients and internal teams on creative best practices and execution in order to meet business and campaign objectives across Teads activity
Translate campaign data, performance metrics, and audience insights into actionable creative hypotheses and recommendations
Write and structure clear, actionable creative briefs for Studio and design teams
Partner with Sales to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and support pitches through to close
Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and their creative and media agency partners
Present creative recommendations, concepts, and Teads capabilities in client and agency meetings
Help educate clients on the role creative can play in improving campaign and business outcomes
Work closely with internal teams locally and globally to ensure a consistent and unified client experience
Represent Teads in the marketplace and act as an advocate for our creative offering
Partner closely with Campaign Operations and Sales to ensure client objectives are clearly communicated internally and reflected across media plans and creative execution
Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and incremental revenue growth
Stay current on creative, media, technology, and cultural trends and bring relevant thinking into client recommendations

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experiences:

0–2 years of relevant experience in advertising, media, creative strategy, marketing, or ad tech
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to translate information, insights, and data into clear creative recommendations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital media, the open web, CTV, and advertising technology
Previous experience within an ad tech or technology platform environment is a plus
Curious, driven, collaborative, and comfortable taking on meaningful responsibility early in your career
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

You connect with our values:

Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.

Please submit your CV in English.

Life at Teads

As a Teadster, you’ll work alongside smart humans, collaborate with meaningful brands, and leverage advanced AI and automation to redefine how advertising works in a transparent, privacy-first world.

We are builders, innovators, and future-thinkers. If you are excited by the evolution of technology and ready to embrace the future of AI-driven media, you belong here.

Why Join Us?

A New Era of Media: We’ve merged two open internet category leaders, Outbrain and Teads to create a unified omnichannel platform. Together, we drive results from branding to performance across CTV, mobile, and web.
AI-Powered Innovation: We actively embrace AI and next-gen technology to solve complex industry challenges. We look for curious minds who aren't afraid to experiment, adapt, and lead the charge into the future of digital advertising.
Growth & High Performance: Our culture is dynamic, global, and built on excellence. We are committed to your success, offering the modern tools, mentorship, and development opportunities you need to thrive.
Belonging & Impact: We foster a welcoming, diverse environment where approachable, resourceful, and passionate people excel. Through our employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), you can actively drive change in areas like sustainability, women’s empowerment, charitable initiatives, and DE&I.
