SUMMARY

As our Marketing Operations Analyst, your contributions will play a critical role in building the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that support our growth across Canada. You’ll serve as the operational architect behind our marketing and revenue ecosystem, ensuring that marketing efforts seamlessly connect to sales outcomes and that our teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to deliver personalized, high-impact experiences to business leaders.

Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and data, you’ll design and optimize campaigns, workflows, integrations, reporting, and processes across the revenue lifecycle. The successful candidate is analytical, highly organized, technically curious, and energized by solving complex problems. You’ll have the opportunity to build scalable systems during an exciting period of growth and transformation as TEC Canada integrates with Vistage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and optimize sophisticated multi-touch campaigns that nurture prospects through complex and lengthy B2B sales cycles.
Design and implement lead scoring models that accurately identify sales-ready prospects and improve the quality and timing of marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Create dynamic workflows that automatically route and prioritize leads based on company size, industry, geography, engagement, and other relevant criteria.
Design, build, and maintain a scalable HubSpot infrastructure that supports the organization’s growth and evolving marketing and sales needs.
Architect and manage the integration between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accurate and timely synchronization of marketing, contact, company, and sales data.
Establish system governance protocols and best practices to maintain data integrity across revenue operations platforms.
Configure and maintain sales and marketing automation tools, including email sequences, task automation, lead routing, and pipeline management.
Develop standardized marketing and sales processes that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and increase team efficiency across the revenue cycle.
Create automated workflows to support follow-up sequences, proposal generation, contract management, and other key stages of the customer journey.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources to support consistent execution across marketing and sales teams.
Work closely with content, digital, creative, and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns and ensure technology and processes support the broader marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyze performance across the revenue lifecycle, including campaign performance, lead conversion, sales velocity, win rates, and revenue attribution.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of the customer journey from first touch through closed-won to identify opportunities for optimization and improved conversion.
Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations that inform marketing and sales strategy.
Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate marketing and revenue operations performance and contribution.
Conduct regular audits of pipeline data, contact records, and opportunity progression to maintain data quality and system performance.
Establish and maintain protocols for data collection, storage, and usage that support privacy requirements and responsible data management.
Stay current on marketing technology, automation capabilities, CRM functionality, and revenue operations best practices, identifying opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
Build constructive relationships with marketing, sales, technology, and cross-functional teams in alignment with Vistage’s values and mission.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM platform.
Strong proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets and experience with analytics and data visualization tools.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance measurement.
Knowledge of GDPR, CASL, and other applicable privacy regulations.
Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS, or other technical skills is an asset.
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Must be based in Canada; Calgary-based candidates due to hybrid work requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; comparable experience within the discipline may be considered.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing and sales operations, ideally within a complex or consultative sales environment.
Experience building reporting dashboards and analyzing marketing and sales performance data.
Experience managing CRM integrations and maintaining data quality across multiple systems is strongly preferred.
Experience working with privacy regulations such as CASL and GDPR is an asset.
