Sr. Guidewire Developer (ClaimCenter)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire Claim Center implementation, configuration, and integration within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Guidewire implementations and working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Guidewire Claim Center experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire Claim Center implementation and customization.
• Expertise in GOSU, PCF, Rules Engine, Workflows, Data Model, and Business Rules.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong integration experience using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• Guidewire Messaging Framework
• External System Integrations
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, XML, JSON, and Git.
• Strong understanding of Claims lifecycle and P&C Insurance processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire Claim Center Certification.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full-time: The pay range for this role is CAD120k – CAD140k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
