- Coordinate daily handovers with global FX Risk IT support teams to maintain seamless coverage.
- Proactively monitor application health and system metrics to identify issues before they affect the trading business.
- Apply change management procedures to maintain production stability while supporting system enhancements.
- Collaborate with development and project teams on Level 3 escalations, troubleshooting, and production changes.
- Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, regulatory, and compliance exercises, including related follow-up activities.
- Contribute to local and global operational reporting, including monthly ITSC and OpCo reports.
- Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and user training materials.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting or delivering projects involving FX trading applications.
- Front-office IT experience within a buy-side or sell-side environment.
- Strong understanding of FX products and their lifecycles, including spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, and FX options.
