Role Overview
- Experience in several technologies such as Wireless, Wireline and different 3GPP Releases.
- Experience in setup design for handling customer demos and interact with customers on their requirements.
- Working experience in End-To-End call flow analysis, service assurance and KPI analysis.
- Analyzing and configuring system after upgrade/installation.
- Hands on expertise in DHCP, DNS, Infoblox, DNSSEC, Infoblox Grid Manager, NIOS, and BloxOne
- Working Knowledge on LTE, VoLTE signaling call flows.
- Good working experience with VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SDP, RTCP) and IMS (DIAMETER).
- Hands on experience in Diameter interface like Cx,Dx,Sh,Rx,Rf,Ro and SIP interface GM, MW, and ISC.
- Working experience on Test Management and monitoring tools such as HP QC, JIRA.
- Knowledge in LTE architecture and interfaces.
- Basic knowledge, Training & architecture overview of 5G
- Working Experience as IMS/Cloud Engineer of AudioCodes SBC deployment over cloud

Responsibilities
Design and configure network test setups for customer demonstrations, analyze end-to-end call flows and service KPIs, and assess systems following upgrades or installations. Work with LTE, VoLTE, IMS, cloud-based AudioCodes SBC deployments, and related signaling and DNS technologies.
Requirements
The role requires hands-on experience with wireless and wireline technologies, 3GPP releases, DHCP/DNS and Infoblox products, LTE/VoLTE, and VOIP and IMS signaling protocols. Candidates should also have experience with test management and monitoring tools, customer requirements, and cloud-based AudioCodes SBC deployments; 5G knowledge is described as basic.
