This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Techno functional Consultant in Brampton, ON & Calgary, AB (Onsite), immediately who has worked extensively in HCM, Payroll support and development.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a techno functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, enabling them to provide exceptional support and solutions to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and process flows.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements within the Oracle HCM system.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM developments and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, including configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Payroll processes and functionalities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HCM applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud integration tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules such as Talent Management or Recruiting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical support role, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
