Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand business processes, reporting requirements, and application dependencies.
Perform complexity assessment and classification of SAS workloads into migration categories such as Migrate, Refactor, Re-engineer, Archive, or Retire.
Analyze SAS code, macro frameworks, ETL processes, and data transformations to identify migration approaches and conversion strategies.
Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities by selecting representative SAS workloads and validating migration feasibility.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and migration teams throughout the program lifecycle.
