Role Overview
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Good ability to adapt and improve (will join using Yaapita which is an internal tool, may upgrade to another library like RestAssured or Karate).
- Test Case Management: Jira.
- Repository: GitHub.
- Code Management: Git.
Must Have:
- REST API Libraries for testing (RestAssured, Karate, etc.).
- Selenium/Playwright.
- Programming language: Java.
- Test Runner experience: TestNG
- CI/CD: Git Hub Actions (Or Jenkins at least)
- Knowledge in cloud technologies, preferably GCP or Azure.
- End-to-End testing experience.
- Basic knowledge of Non-SQL DB (MongoDB preferred).
- Python experience.
Nice to have:
- Docker/Kubernetes.
- Databricks (Python) testing experience.
- E-commerce experience.
- Back-end asynchronous testing experience: Kafka.
Behavior Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams, including back end and front-end developers, QAs, and product managers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus to high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated tests for REST APIs, web applications, and end-to-end workflows, adapting to the team's internal testing tool and potentially other libraries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver high-quality testing in a changing environment.
Requirements
Requires 5+ years of automation testing experience, Java, REST API testing libraries, Selenium or Playwright, and TestNG. Candidates should also have CI/CD and cloud knowledge, end-to-end testing experience, basic NoSQL knowledge, Python experience, and strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
