Job Description:
- 12+ years in data engineering, cloud analytics, or architecture roles.
- 5+ years of deep hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.
- Strong experience in the insurance domain (Life, P&C, Health, or Commercial lines).
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions (RAG, LLM apps, embeddings, vector databases).
- Strong SQL, Python, Snowpark, and cloud platform expertise (AWS preferred).
- Experience integrating Snowflake with AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI, Cortex).
- Strong understanding of governance, data privacy, and insurance compliance.
- Excellent communication, solutioning, and leadership skills.
- Should be SnowPro Certified and should have one professional level certification from AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities
Design and architect Snowflake solutions, including performance tuning and integration with cloud and AI/ML services. Build and deploy AI/ML or generative AI solutions while supporting data governance, privacy, and insurance compliance.
Requirements
Requires 12+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud analytics, or architecture, including 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake architecture and performance tuning. Candidates should have insurance domain experience, strong SQL and Python skills, relevant Snowflake and cloud certifications, and expertise in AI/ML integration, governance, and communication.
