Responsibilities
Design and document system integrations or solutions, oversee implementation and deployment, and ensure integrated systems meet client requirements through functional and performance testing. Coordinate project plans and stakeholders, resolve system issues, provide implementation support, and keep current with integration technologies and methods.
Requirements
The role calls for mid-senior-level experience in integration or solution architecture within telecommunications Client Experience Technology Services. It also requires the ability to document designs in Jira, oversee testing and deployment, coordinate delivery, and support troubleshooting; the expected throughput is two new external-system integrations per 10-week Program Increment.
