Rate: 40 to 48 CAD PH

Role Summary

We are hiring for an SDET-Cloud and Automation role, where the selected candidate will work on a product focused on cloud-based error reporting and analytics. This position involves contributing to test automation, application quality, and scalable cloud services in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a collaborative engineering team to deliver high-quality software.
• Work on product testing, including requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases.
• Contribute to software quality analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams across global locations.
• Support continuous improvement by applying best practices in testing and cloud applications.
• Suggest improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute actively to a team culture focused on collaboration and innovation.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in application testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience in test automation development.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Groovy, or Shell.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of test framework design and development.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to microservices and container-based architectures.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Awareness of modern cloud application testing practices.
