  • Advanced Figma skills, including interactive prototyping and component libraries.
  • Experience with design systems, data visualization, and responsive desktop and tablet interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research synthesis, concept development, and rapid prototyping.
  • Strong visual design, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A Master's degree is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience conducting usability studies or working in an HCI research environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, or AI-assisted code-generation tools for prototyping.
  • Experience designing 3D interfaces, BIM applications, or digital twins.
  • Experience with conversational AI, multimodal interfaces, or adaptive UI.
  • Familiarity with construction or Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) applications.
