Partner with business development on RFPs and bids, and with engineering on capital planning
Support growth initiatives and stay current on industry and regulatory developments

Willingness to travel extensively across Canada (50-70%)

Nice to Have

10+ years of experience in recycling, manufacturing, industrial processing, environmental services, or another asset-intensive environment

Track record of developing leaders and holding them accountable
French-English bilingual (an asset, not required)
