Original job description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to grow brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role works closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media
Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Create and manage content calendars for social media and blog platforms
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing assets
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
Track and report on KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition
Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates
Manage marketing budget allocation across channels for maximum efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
