Role Description The Salesforce Delivery Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, quality assurance, and deployment. The Salesforce Delivery Lead will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and align with best practices. Daily activities include leading project meetings, tracking progress and risks, guiding configuration and integration work, and supporting change management and user adoption. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, and continuously improving delivery processes and standards.

Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce delivery and implementation skills, including experience leading multi-cloud or complex Salesforce projects.
- Solid project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, scope, and risks.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience collaborating with development and DevOps teams, including familiarity with deployment pipelines and release management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment and mentor junior team members.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in broader enterprise technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, full-stack frameworks) is an asset.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Brampton, ON and willingness to commit to full-time employment.
