Techso is looking for a DELMIA Solution Architect – 3DEXPERIENCE to support clients in designing, integrating, and deploying digital solutions across Canada, France, and internationally.
In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate client requirements into solutions tailored to their industrial operations. You will provide architectural guidance throughout each project, from initial design through to validation of the deployed solutions.

What You’ll Do
Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams to understand client needs, industrial processes, and constraints;
- Define the functional and organizational scope of projects, along with the DELMIA solution architecture;
- Consolidate requirements and ensure they align with project objectives;
- Design and evolve application, information, and technology architectures;
- Develop transition plans from existing environments to target architectures;
- Recommend appropriate solutions in collaboration with the software vendor, assessing out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality and customization requirements;
- Advise business teams on technology choices and ensure seamless integration with existing systems;
- Guide solution implementation and support teams throughout deployment and validation;
- Act as the client’s primary point of contact for architecture-related matters throughout the project;
- Support teams in the ongoing improvement of solutions and industrial processes.
You Have
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science;
- A minimum of six years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM);
- Strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly DELMIA solutions;
- Good knowledge of DELMIA applications for Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, Process Planning, and Robotics;
- Knowledge of solutions within the DELMIA ecosystem, including Apriso, Ortems, and Quintiq;
- Experience with large-scale IT projects involving solution architecture, software architecture, implementation, and validation;
- Experience facilitating workshops with different business teams to clarify requirements and support solution deployment;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
- The ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend appropriate architectures;
- The ability to communicate recommendations clearly and guide multidisciplinary teams;
- The flexibility to meet with clients throughout the Montreal area;
- A willingness to take on international assignments and relocate according to project needs;
- The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located across Quebec, Canada, and internationally.

Responsibilities
Lead client workshops to understand industrial processes and requirements, then define DELMIA solution scope and application, information, and technology architectures. Guide solution selection, integration, implementation, deployment, and validation, while serving as the client’s architecture contact and supporting ongoing process improvement.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science, at least six years of PLM experience, and strong expertise in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly DELMIA. Candidates should have experience with large-scale architecture and implementation projects, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional workshops, and be able to communicate professionally in French and English and travel or relocate as project needs require.
