Original job description

Your Next Challenge at Techso

Are you passionate about complex project management, digital transformation, and process optimization within the manufacturing industry?

Would you like to lead a strategic 3DEXPERIENCE implementation project in an international aerospace environment and play a central role between business needs, technical teams, and key stakeholders?

Techso is looking for a PLM Project Manager – 3DEXPERIENCE to lead a large-scale project based in America.

In this role, you will oversee the overall project, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure alignment between business objectives, operational processes, and the PLM solution. You will collaborate closely with teams based locally and in France to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Who We Are

Founded in Montreal in 2014, Techso helps organizations accelerate their digital transformation through three areas of expertise:

IT Infrastructure Management;
Custom Application Development;
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Our team works with recognized clients across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, finance, events, and watchmaking.

At Techso, we value the quality of our projects and relationships over volume. Our core values - Fun, Trust, Efficiency, and Quality - guide both the way we work with our clients and how we collaborate as colleagues.

What You’ll Do

As part of this assignment, you will be responsible for:

Leading the implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform;
Managing, mobilizing, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten people;
Overseeing the business aspects of the project and maintaining alignment between requirements, operational processes, and the PLM solution;
Collaborating closely with Dassault Aviation in France, which is responsible for the project’s IT components;
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the different phases of implementation;
Defining priorities, timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators;
Identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies and implementing the appropriate action plans;
Coordinating activities across business teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders;
Facilitating status meetings, workshops, and project committees;
Ensuring clear and consistent communication with local and international teams;
Supporting change management and promoting user adoption of the new solution;
Ensuring project continuity and successful delivery throughout the full assignment.

The Profile We’re Looking For

You Have

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field;
Significant experience managing complex projects;
Experience implementing PLM solutions or leading digital transformation initiatives in an industrial environment;
Good knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE or another Product Lifecycle Management solution;
Experience within the aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing industries;
Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills;
The ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment;
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills;
Strong facilitation skills for meetings, workshops, and project committees;
Full professional proficiency in French and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
The availability to relocate to America;
The willingness to commit to the assignment for a minimum period of two years.

Nice to Have

Direct experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform;
Experience working with Dassault Systèmes;
A project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile;
Experience in organizational change management;
Strong knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes;
Experience managing projects in a multinational environment;
Previous international assignment or relocation experience.

You do not need to have worked in every environment listed above. Above all, we are looking for a structured, collaborative, and results-oriented project leader who can move a complex initiative forward while building strong alignment across teams.

What Techso Offers

A large-scale strategic project within the aerospace industry.
A unique international experience through an assignment based in America.
A high-impact role at the heart of a major digital transformation initiative.
The opportunity to collaborate with expert teams across North America and Europe.
Mobility support through our consultant mobility program.
The opportunity to contribute beyond your client assignment through internal projects that support Techso’s growth.
A collaborative community of experts that values knowledge sharing and professional development.
A vibrant social and sports club, fully sponsored by Techso.
Comprehensive private group insurance tailored to your needs.
A culture built on Fun, Trust, Efficiency, and Quality.
