Are you looking to go beyond execution and truly contribute to the technical decisions behind a project?

Techso is looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to help design and develop digital solutions used by our clients across Canada.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor less experienced developers, and help improve our development practices.

What You'll Do

Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:

Design and develop new applications;
Enhance existing solutions by adding new features, resolving issues, and providing ongoing maintenance;
Contribute to the design of innovative solution architectures that meet client needs;
Write and maintain technical and functional specifications;
Estimate the development effort required for new solutions and enhancements;
Participate in production deployments and support change management activities;
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and software development best practices;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment processes;
Participate in pre-sales activities, including effort estimation and technology assessments;
Share your expertise and mentor junior team members;
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile Scrum teams.

The Profile We're Looking For

You Have

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
At least six years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API);
Strong experience with front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js;
Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and tools such as Entity Framework;
A solid understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration and deployment environments;
Experience working in an Agile and collaborative environment;
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments;
The flexibility to travel within the Montreal area to meet client needs;
The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located across Quebec and Canada;
Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure DevOps;
Knowledge of NoSQL databases;
Experience with ETL processes;
Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, PHP, Node.js, or Python;
Experience with MAUI, Xamarin, or Telerik;
Experience in solution architecture, mentoring, or technical pre-sales.

You don't need to master every one of these technologies. Above all, we're looking for an experienced, curious professional who can adapt to a variety of projects.
