Teck is looking for an experienced Electrician Journeyperson to join our team at our Trail Operations, one of the world's largest fully integrated zinc and lead smelting and refining complexes.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial electrical systems
- Other duties as assigned
- Inter-Provincial Red Seal Endorsement (Electrician)
- Preference given to those with related industrial maintenance experience and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems
- Must have professional, diligent approach; be comfortable working independently and with a team; and be able to demonstrate the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, with great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license

Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems at Teck’s Trail Operations. Follow and promote safety and environmental rules and procedures, and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
Requires an Inter-Provincial Red Seal Endorsement as an Electrician and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Related industrial maintenance experience and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems are preferred; candidates should also demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
