The client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-client web applications. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Java backend development, modern front-end technologies, REST APIs, microservices, databases, responsive web development, accessibility standards, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and enhance large-scale web applications.
- Translate technical system specifications into working and tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and application code.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, implementation, conversion, and migration activities.
- Design and develop scalable front-end and backend application components.
- Develop RESTful API services and integrate them with front-end applications.
- Support database design and development using Oracle and SQL Server.
- Design applications for performance, scalability, extensibility, and maintainability.
- Develop reusable, testable, and modular application components.
- Support continuous integration and deployment activities using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in application architecture, solution design, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct design walkthroughs and provide technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ensure solutions comply with WCAG and AODA accessibility requirements.
- Support data pipeline activities involving extraction, transformation, and loading.
Mandatory Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-client web applications.
- 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Node.js.
- Working experience with RxJS, Next.js, and Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of microservice architecture.
- Experience with responsive web application development.
- Experience using Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience with WCAG and AODA.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, design patterns, refactoring, and clean code.
- Knowledge of message-oriented, reactive, and event-based architectural styles.
