This role requires hands-on experience coordinating complex healthcare technology initiatives, maintaining project schedules, tracking dependencies, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation, deliverable trackers, decision logs, action logs, dependency registers, and risk registers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc project status reports covering schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and outstanding issues.

  • Maintain accurate project information and supporting documentation using JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, and shared project repositories.
  • Escalate scheduling conflicts, outstanding actions, and delivery constraints to project leadership.
  • Support process improvements, standardized project coordination practices, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Health Sciences, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related discipline. Equivalent training and relevant experience supporting large-scale CIS or digital health programs may be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in project schedule management using dynamic forecast scheduling methodology and general project coordination within a CIS program or similar clinical digital health initiative.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups, concurrent workstreams, governance committees, and complex CIS forecasting activities.
  • Proven experience developing integrated schedules, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and updating schedule forecasts.
  • Hands-on experience preparing project reports, meeting documentation, action logs, decision logs, and risk registers.

Preferred Qualifications
