Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and support teams in becoming self-organizing and high-performing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
- Facilitate communication between development, operations, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Track Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown to improve team performance.
- Support requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and user story development.
- Help resolve conflicts and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum/Agile certification.
- 7+ years of Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in a DevOps environment.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Strong backlog management, requirements gathering, and user story experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or PSM certification.
- Agile Coach or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in software development or strong technical environments.
- Experience with BPMN/process modeling and gap analysis.
- Experience in government or regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
- Experience with Agile transformation, DevOps transformation, or cloud-native environments.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, a major cloud platform, and Docker or Kubernetes, along with strong facilitation, communication, requirements, and stakeholder-management skills.
