Our client is looking for system analyst to provide senior technical expertise, solution design, project leadership, and coordination for the development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective enterprise IT solutions. The role requires strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience, with a focus on systems analysis, configuration, integrations, and production support.

- Lead the analysis, design, architecture, development, testing, integration, and implementation of enterprise systems.
- Gather and assess business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, system configurations, and functional designs.
- Define short- and long-term project objectives and identify program and service delivery requirements.
- Provide technical advice and align proposed solutions with business objectives and applicable OPS I&IT solutions and applications.
- Lead technical delivery throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, scheduling, resource estimation, coordination, progress monitoring, and status reporting.
- Facilitate solution workshops and technical discussions to align business and technical stakeholders.
- Guide and document feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness analyses for proposed IT initiatives.
- Lead development and support activities involving relational and multidimensional databases and applications supporting planning, budgeting, strategy, and forecasting.
- Provide implementation, post-implementation, and production support, including independent troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Evaluate software, hardware, technologies, systems, and products to support acquisition decisions.
- Recommend improvements to tools, techniques, standards, and performance criteria to maintain application development quality.
- Maintain project and technical documentation in accordance with applicable methodologies.
- Coach and guide junior analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5 8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar IT role.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM experience, including functional and system knowledge across Product Information Management, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Master Planning and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally
- Practical experience with F&O configuration, parameters, troubleshooting, and fit-to-standard decisions. Candidates must be able to discuss hands-on work beyond general project exposure.
- Strong D365 integration and data experience, including integration of F&O with enterprise platforms using DMF, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Microsoft integration technologies and patterns.
- Understanding of end-to-end data flows, interfaces, dependencies, integration troubleshooting, and the impact of integration decisions on the overall solution.
- Senior-level systems analysis and solution design capability, including the ability to independently translate business requirements into detailed system designs, integration flows, and functional specifications.
- Ability to challenge requirements where appropriate and collaborate effectively with architects, developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Public sector experience.
- Knowledge of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies.
- Experience with middleware and gateways.
- Knowledge of information management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
- Working knowledge of dimensions, facts, and multidimensional structures such as cubes.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
