Técnicas Reunidas Canada E&C Inc. is part of the Técnicas Reunidas Group, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction services for energy and large-scale industrial projects.

We are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company standards and supporting best HSE practices in accordance with established protocols.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in HSE administration, regulatory compliance, and EPC project execution.

This role will support compliance with applicable Canadian regulations, industry codes and standards, and company requirements, while providing administrative and coordination support to the HSE department throughout all stages of project execution.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate administrative duties to assist the HSE management team with the smooth running of the department, including setting up meetings with various individuals, departments, and third-party companies.
Perform administrative duties such as preparing memos, taking meeting minutes, photocopying, and distributing documents to the appropriate individuals.
Maintain safety data and ensure databases are kept up to date.
Maintain tracking systems as required.
Prepare monthly company safety data reports, as well as monthly and quarterly safety statistics.
Track Hazard ID activities and maintain tracking systems for safety, equipment, and industry alerts.
Provide administrative support to the HSE department as required.
Research safety topics and training opportunities and compile statistical data for reporting to management.
Assist the HSE Manager with the development and maintenance of project-specific HSE procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Project and Operations teams regarding safety, occupational health, and environmental matters.
Maintain a good understanding of safety-related work activities and sequences.
Perform other related duties as required.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
8+ years of experience in HSE administration or a related HSE support role, preferably within an EPC, Oil & Gas, energy, or heavy industrial environment.
Experience maintaining HSE records, databases, tracking systems, reports, and safety statistics.
Knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations, industry codes and standards, and company safety practices.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Previous experience supporting HSE teams on industrial or construction sites is considered an asset.
Must be open to rotation and site work.
