Assist customers with product onboarding, integration, configuration, and deployment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support.
Deliver technical training, documentation, and workshops to customers.
Gather customer feedback and share recommendations with engineering and product teams.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Support Engineer.
Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following:
Embedded systems and firmware development
Cloud or edge computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)
Networking and IoT device deployment
AI/ML application integration
Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, or Bash.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
Comfortable presenting technical solutions and explaining complex concepts to customers.
Willingness to travel approximately 10–30% as required.

Nice to Have

Experience with Hybrid Edge Cloud architecture or Device-First AI technologies.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC UA, REST APIs, or Modbus.
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer-facing skills.

You should be comfortable working directly with customers, understanding their technical challenges, demonstrating solutions, and supporting successful implementations.

This role is ideal for a Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technically strong customer-facing engineer who enjoys both hands-on engineering and client interaction.
