The group handles sophisticated public and private company work across M&A, financings and securities, with significant national and cross-border deal flow. The platform gives associates exposure to larger and more complex transactions than they would typically see in the Vancouver market alone.
Recent representative matters include multi-billion-dollar M&A, public-company take-privates, private equity transactions and significant cross-border equity offerings involving leading Canadian and US investment banks.
Associates take meaningful ownership of transactions, including leading workstreams, working directly with partners and clients, coordinating specialist teams and helping drive deals from start to finish.
